Custom Duties Outside the EU
For all orders shipped outside the EU, the customer will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by customs and any carrier-related fees.
Custom Duties Within the US and Canada
No customs duties applied on orders shipped to the US. Ron Dorff is responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by customs and any carrier-related fees.
Return or exchange – EUROPE
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or as merchandise credit. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted. Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage. The cost of re-shipping the exchanged item is born by Ron Dorff (up to a maximum of one exchange per order).
During Christmas time, our return policy is extended until January 11th for all orders between December 1 and 24.
Click & Collect : Exchanges and returns will not be accepted in store. Please log on to your account to request a return. Please note that an unrecovered package will be returned to our warehouse after 10 days.
If you want to return or exchange a product, simply log on to your account and choose REQUEST A RETURN.
Choose the product, the reason for the return and click CONFIRM.
Once we have received your request, we will validate, and you will be sent a return label via UPS. The return shipping cost is taken care of by Ron Dorff.
Return or exchange – USA, Canada and Switzerland
To process a refund or exchange outside of Europe, please send an email to : info@rondorff.com.
The return delivery cost is born by the purchaser. Please send an email to: info@rondorff.com to have further information. In the case of a refund, a return label could be provided by Ron Dorff. In this case, the amount of the label will be deducted from the final refund. In the case of an exchange, the cost of returning the item is born by the purchaser, although the cost of re-shipping the exchanged item is born by Ron Dorff (up to a maximum of one exchange per order)
Return or exchange - outside Europe
To process a refund or exchange outside of Europe, please send an e-mail to: info@rondorff.com stating the reason for the return. Our customer service will provide you with the return address, as well as a reference number which you put on the return package. The return delivery cost is born by the purchaser. In case of exchange, Ron Dorff will issue a refund if the price of the exchanged item is less than that of the original item. The cost of returning the item is born by the purchaser, although the cost of re-shipping the exchanged item is born by Ron Dorff (up to a maximum of one exchange per order).
Because of hygiene, underwear are not valid for refund and exchanges but please feel free to contact us by email info@rondorff.com if you have any questions
We are responsive to adjusting our prices based on fashion trends, inventory and business operation. The price difference for all orders placed before promotions or sales cannot be refunded, or be the subject of a voucher.
