Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with a purchased RON DORFF product, simply return it,
unworn, in its original condition, within two weeks of receipt, for a full refund.
If the item you purchased was faulty or damaged, please notify us within five days
at info@rondorff.com. Include your invoice number and the name of the item you wish to
return, and let us know if you prefer a refund, or an exchange.
Refunds will be posted to the credit card used for purchase.

We recommend that you use a registered postal or delivery service so that you can track,
and retain proof of postage. Shipping is at your expense.
